What EMPLOYER BRANDING is for us
Nine out of ten job seekers read employer reviews on portals like Atmoskop, and for two thirds of them these reviews are very important (Indeed). Seven in ten are able to turn down an offer from a company with a bad reputation even if they were unemployed (MRINetwork), and nine in ten would consider changing jobs for a company with a good reputation (CareerArc).
It's not just about the salary and classic benefits anymore. Three out of four candidates want to know the company's culture and values before accepting a job (Harvard Business Review). Four out of five believe that company culture is a competitive advantage (Deloitte). Meanwhile, just under a quarter believe their employer's values are reflected in their day-to-day work or that they actually believe in those values (Gallup).
What they want to feel is employer brand. Nine out of ten people take it into account when choosing a job (Leoforce). On average, companies with a strong brand get 15 times more responses to job postings (LinkedIN) and can get twice as many quality candidates in half the time at half the cost of recruiting (LinkedIN). What's more, such an employer brand can increase employee retention by up to 28% (LinkedIN).
And we know how to make it work. With the same practical tools and methods we apply for consumer brands.
Online presentations
We will design your own career site where you don't have to fight for attention with your competitors, you can track how successful your presentation and referral campaigns are, with the added benefit of remarketing support. We'll create adesirable UX design for them and fill them with appropriate content—from suitable text, to desirable company introductions, to employee testimonials or management profiles.
We specialize in the complete preparation of employer videos that allow you to show the environment, atmosphere and overall soul of the company in a vivid and authentic way—starring your employees or team leaders. This allows candidates to connect with you on a human level—before they ever sit down for an interview, helping you choose people who truly strengthen your team – and stick around for the long run.
We place equal importance on professional networks, especially LinkedIN. We can help you with editing your company profile, creating relevant posts on a regular basis, engaging with your existing employees and community management in the comments section.
Recruitment campaigns
We provide complete online campaigns—both organic and paid. We create the idea, produce content, plan and set up paid advertising, provide SEO, take care of linkbuilding, monitor performance and suggest optimization.
However, we can go even further if you want us to. We can arrange a PR publication in a trade magazine, local advertising on regional radio or local billboards, direct marketing to a specific group of specialists, non-traditional guerrilla advertising or even giveaways for interviewees to give you a competitive edge when you’re just one of many options they’re considering.
Branding strategies
We start with market analysis. We investigate how your company is perceived by candidates and employees, research your competitors' approaches, and map your industry and its specifics. Together with you, we then define and shape your overall communication accordingly—always with brand consistency at the core.
The output includes the basic principles of communication (tone, content themes, visuals or formats) as well as the use of appropriate channels or a publication plan. Substantively and taking into account the reality of your company and the nature of the suitable candidates.
